We are a welcoming fitness community of all ages, abilities and interests.

At CrossFit Lopez Island we train movement. Movement that lets people enjoy whatever is is they are doing, whether it’s high level sports, keeping up with the kids or grandkids, travel, gardening, projects…. Doing whatever you love to do.

These activities all require the full range of human movement. Such as lifting, twisting, pushing, pulling, squatting and more. We train people to move their bodies effectively, powerfully, athletically and pain free so they can enjoy life to it’s fullest.

Crossfit Class Schedule

  • Monday – 6 pm
  • Tuesday – 5 am & 6 pm
  • Wednesday – 6 pm
  • Thursday – 5 am & 6 pm
  • Friday – 5 am & 6 pm
  • Saturday – 5 pm

Ladies Only Class Schedule

  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday – 9 am

Taekwondo

  • Monday – Adult 5 pm
  • Tuesday – Adults 1 pm; Kids 5 pm
  • Wednesday – Adults 5 pm
  • Thursday – Kids 5 pm
  • Friday – Adults 1:15 pm; Little Dragons 5 pm

 

Obstacle Course Training

  • Wednesday – 4 pm
